Stopped for Window Tint violation, local Police Chief detected the aroma of MJ, search revealed less than 1 once.

Cited, not arrested but still a violation of Auburn's Honor Code.

I see "Running the Bleachers" in this young man's future.

He should be suspended but that ain't going to happen in Alabama.

I was referring to the State of Alabama, not the school.

It's not like he shot the President.
No, but he could have ripped bong hits with him if Slick Willie was still in office.

LOL. In the 60s and early 70's it WAS cool to use it as code in songs. A challenge to the system, etc.

Remember, possession of a joint got you jailed, and if more to prison. Maybe even one joint would do it, the amount was very minimal. And it wasn't friendly jail either. It was in with the guys who liked to beat up longhairs. One year, a student was found mysteriously hanged in jail here. . I knew someone in Pennsylvania who got sentenced to federal ( I think) hard core violent criminal prison for handing a joint to someone as a favor to his friend whose girlfriend had just arrived as the friend was supposed to go meet some guy around the corner who had pre paid him for the one joint.

I didn't do drugs myself, but plenty of my friends who would never consider it now, did. But it was risky- however, hat doesn't stop young adults. After it spread to the frats and sororities and became more mainstream, the enforcement and penalties began to ease up some.
