Beer would virtually solve the attendance crisis at the stadium

Whatever that didn't solve, moving to 100% night games and winning 'em all would do the rest.

Can't argue with that. It would pretty much take care of it all.

Come on, even the ugly ones look better when you're hammered.

And our team has been terribly ugly.

This is something that's been being debated on the radio to improve the fan experience. I don't think it's a bad idea as long as they sell plastic bottles only.
The majority of the callers were opposed to it but I don't think it would do any harm it works just fine in nfl stadiums. I wouldn't think they should allow it in the student section but I don't think it's a terrible idea for the rest of the stadium. There are already a few schools that do sell beer, do you guys think that this is a good idea for SEC schools? Keep in mind this is beer not beer and liquor.

I see some activities in NFL stadiums that indicate that it does not "work just fine". If we do this it should not be in the student section and individuals should be preapproved for purchase.

Not so sure about that. Do you know of anyone that chooses to stay home because they don't sell beer? I sure don't.

I'm thinking more about the students. Either allow alcohol or allow them to leave and come back.

The last time I drank beer at a college football game was the 2004 Outback Bowl against Iowa. New Year's Day + noon kickoff + huge cups of beer + Zook = a really crappy time. Plus stadium beer is insanely expensive. Even if they did sell at BHG, I probably wouldn't buy any
