If a doctor and hospital were to kill my child without my knowledge they would pay a very heavy price indeed.

Think about not having the opportunity to say goodbye to your child for the last time. How dare they.

And who determines if an 11 year old is "mature"?

This just gives the Dems in this country another idea to add to their bag of senseless ways of control. The Dems here are taking notes....bank on it.

Crazy stuff. I am not the type of person that likes to see someone lingering on feeding tubes etc. but think that is a decision for the family not government. I think I have read in a lot of places in the US the govt is kind of making that decision in some cases without people realizing it.

When my mom was terminal back in 2014 I made the decision not to let her live another few weeks on tubes because her mind had already went by that time and she told me before she wouldn't want to linger on like that at the end after seeing her father like that.

In the room next to hers I was shocked to hear how the Doctor talked to a family that had a parent in the same condition. It was obvious they didn't want to make the decision I did due to religious reasons I am thinking and instead of the doctor respecting their wishes after it was clear what they wanted he started trying to make them feel guilty about their decision and was literally telling them they were bad people for not wanting to make the decision to remove the tubes etc. I wonder if that is routine to see now since my guess would be most of these doctors lean left.

Is it cheaper to keep the patient alive for another year or three...or kill them now?

You see, when government is paying for your health care, their motives and priorities may not be the same as yours.

Having to swallow the bird won’t be bad. Hell the cat won’t be bad either.
