Good God that thing is sexy....
Tell me if you note any similarity. It's a Beemer 850CSi from around 1994. 12-cylinder.

Good video on the 850CSi. Just a gorgeous car inside and out. I was driving a two-seater in '97 and we were expecting, so I started looking at cars with a back seat. I came close to doing one of these, although the back seat was a joke. Way too tight.

It still looks classic.

I like the Subaru brand. The vehicles are rugged, no-frills and reasonably priced. I drove a 2014 WRX hatch as a second car for awhile. Loved everything about it.

Now I suppose you're gonna say you were posting over the roof racks.

European exoticness with small block FMC power and sound Boss 351 if I'm not mistaken....In terms of American/Euro badassery iconicness it had only one true comparable and what will be my next collector piece....replica of course.

I'm a huge fan of modern muscle and sound but there is nothing better than this imo

The early ones in the US used the old 351 Cleveland, same engine as offered with the Mustang. If you set that car up right, it looked pretty awesome.

Lots of history behind the De Tomaso.

It had a 351 Cleveland. The Boss 351 is also a Cleveland, but was tweaked and only in the Boss 351 Mustang that one year, I think 71.

And yes, unless you’ve driven a car like in your video where you swear you can feel the body twist under the torque, you really have missed an experience... or the “whuh... WHAAAAH!!!” of the other carb barrels kicking in

Ha! Didn’t read your post before posting about the 351C... what a great engine.

PS They only used 351C’s until they literally ran out of them then switched to the Windsor/5.0
