He'd be a great recruiter and a great motivator. But he's waaaaaayyyyyy to young to deal with hiring a coaching staff and managing something like this. Let him get some experience as a GA at Florida and then some experience at various coaching positions. Then a SUCCESSFUL HBC position at a smaller school. Then we can talk. That would be about 10 years from now.

Tebow is awesome but he has no head coaching experience. I'd be all for bringing him on as an assistant
