I agree CK to UCLA or Florida 50/50. If not I hope for for Frost, but Dan Mxxxx more likely. I'm disappointed anyway, I gotta think that somebody Southern born and Southern bread has got to be out there their. If any of you Yankees are offended so what. Look I want to like your post regarding Yankees, which included the name Mxxxxx. That really earned you a dislike. We don't say that name around here.

I agree that if we miss on our top few choices, that we should turn to a good southerner like Charley Strong next.

Well of the people mentioned most often for UF's job so far there are:

Mike Norvell from Arkansas is that southern enough for you?
Charlie Strong from Arkansas is that southern enough for you?
Willie Taggart from Bradenton is that southern enough for you as some do not consider anything from Orlando south truly southern?

Willie Taggart is a loser, so I don't care if he is northern or southern but the others work for me as backups.

Yea, Taggart nor Strong are on my I will be on board list, but the poster wanted southern born and bred and those 3 are the only southerns I have heard prominently mentions in connections with UF's job.

Yeah, Chip Kelly is sitting in front of his laptop w/ the Paul Finebaum show on reading Gatorchatter.....

They don't probably directly but they sure as hell have people monitor the recruiting stuff. That's how "insiders" get their info because they talk directly to the recruits so they can give updated articles and trade information to coaches on the staff for team information and their recruiting takes.

Norvell and Taggert would be great, Charlie Strong is also fine and a true gentleman although I don't think we are looking for another defensive specialist. Perhaps they lack that abrasive ass hole edge you guys seem to be looking for.

My I will be completely on board list includes Brohm, Campbell, Frost, Kelly, Norvell, Bob Stoop, Spurrier. Some of them are southerners and some aren't. I am not sure what the geography would matter and one of the southerners I mentioned can be pretty brash.
