Mike Warren. seems like UCLA had a bb player in their great years with that name
How out of shape was 56? Is that roster so bad Kelly is forced to play a guy like that?
No. He's folding up like a tent out there already.
He would quit. Literally walk away after one year. There are lots of fan bases that lose their minds when they lose. We don’t even accept wins unless we hang 50 all through the air. It’s why he didn’t come here and would quit if he did. No elite coach wants any part of this. That’s why we will really come to rue the fact we couldn’t reel in Frost. He was our best shot of landing a rising star.
Kelly seems to like the dating, but isn't really the marrying kind. Fear of long term responsibilities and commitment.
We never had a chance to land frost. He was going back to Nebraska no matter what.
I know but I’m wonder what real effort we made to try to change his mind. I don’t think we made it hard on him.
What is the point of this thread?
Like said in the other thread he has checked out as far as putting the work in apparently. I know its UCLA but its like he isn't even trying to recruit.
I suspect the point is to let those Kelly nutswingers know they may be fortunate the didn't get what they wanted....
Cincy went for it on 4th instead of getting rid of the winning field goal chance?! Savage.
No. And he knew it.
If he couldn't handle the pressure at UF, I didn't see anything in that Twitter video to give that indication. He's just staring blankly. Based on the thread title I was expecting to see a Chump-like meltdown or tirade or something.
Celine Dion isn't convincing me either way.
Chip Kelly's face was like, "why did I get back into college! I had a good gig"
There werent too many Kelly nutswingers, as I recall.
were Lord Swonkey, there was a tsunami of posts bemoaning that our "operatives" were being clumsy at making Kelly a done deal.
And “Hill Street Blues” Star.
