Most people here could walk along a 5 inch wide curb that is 4 inches higher than the road with zero problems. But I bet almost nobody could walk that exact width board only 10 feet off the ground. Those dudes brains arent working right.

The article I read said he was stopped and questioned by police but they ultimately let him go. I guess the guy is German.

That is an amazing view. A lot of the steps near the top were dang skinny, I'd have been afraid of stumbling on the way down.
