Great shows. Have Gun Will Travel. But Bonanza on Sun night. Once a year they would introduce the new Chevys with a show with no commercials and then at the end 10 min of the New cars............

Watched an older western last evening that I always enjoyed...The Long Riders.

Story of the James-Younger gang with an emphasis on the failed raid on Northfield, MN. Starred three sets of brothers...James and Stacy Keach; David, Keith, and Robert Carradine; Randy and Dennis Quaid. All played brothers in the movie (Keaches were the James, Carradines were the Youngers, Quaids were the Millers). Some of the action scenes were in slo-mo, reminiscent of Sam Peckinpah. Some family stories to go along with the shootin' and such. Would recommend watching it.

Long Riders had a good sound track with Ry Cooder, if you like some of the period music...

Worthless thread without the mention of Young Guns, The Three Amigos and Red Dawn.
