I wanna feed her to a small pond full of underfed gators.

On second thought, that's animal cruelty. They deserve better. :-(

Not exactly how I felt as I went through my divorce, but had moments of anger. Well, a little over a years worth of it as well as wanting some payback.
Just 3 years ago she was diagnosed with leukemia. Believe me, this is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. After her chemo, and finding a match for a bone marrow transplant, I actually took her to her appointments from Jax to the Moffit Cancer Center in Tampa a few times, months after her transplant.
I just felt it was better for our kids to see us getting along rather than carrying out what 78 is feeling.

This, by the way, is a short version of my ex-wife story.

I hear an ex-wife lasts forever and these posts anecdotally support that. Wouldn't know for sure. Been married approaching 40 years which is annoying enough at times.:)

In college at UF, I married my high school sweet heart. I quickly came to my senses after several weeks and since we were both poor, broke college students.... we had a simplified dissolution of marriage about 1 month after the wedding. I think it costs $150. So every time time I give my wife a card or something, I always start it with: "To my favorite wife, "

Next time you have the chance, introduce her as your "First Wife".

I'm on my 3rd and last. The first lasted about 90 days before I jumped ship. I was only 21 and still banging every broad I could. Couldn't stand the guilt, so I decided to come clean and move on.
The second lasted 17 years. Shoulda been over within 10 after a separation, but I decided to give her a second chance on not being a complete b*tch. Long story short, I wasted another 7 years with that raging fuggin lunatic. It's amazing how time just slips by while you immerse yourself into your career (and bourbon) because you don't mind being gone from home...at all. I volunteered for any and all special projects that took me out of town for weeks or sometimes months at a time. I don't wish her any ill will, but I'd just as soon go into a gun battle as deal with that cvnt and the ensuing divorce again.
Now, I'm on my third. Married a woman 10 years younger, no debt, good job and no kids. Score!!!!!
Well, now we have a 3 year old son so I'm never going anywhere. I refuse to allow my son to be from a broken home and after the cvnt I dealt with for 17 years was endured, I can endure ANYTHING! My son and his well-being mean that much to me. It's an added bonus that I love my wife and we never argue about anything. ;)

Married an extremely hot latina in 08. She could get a bit crazy here and there but everything else seemed to make up for it. That was BEFORE we got hitched. Turns out she was a sociopath living 2 seperate lives, one public that me, her fam and freinds knew about, and one private that only her multitude of sexual partners knew about. It all came out jerry springer style while I was away prepping for a combat deployment. Guy 1 was mad she stood him up one night and went out to some bars looking for her while she was actually out with guy 2. Guy 1 found her and guy 2 at a bar togther which led to a physical altercation and all being removed from the establishment. Later she went home and called guy 1 telling him to come over in order to attempt damage control. Guy 1 came over still mad and they got in a physical argument. Guy 1 threatened to blow the whistle on her secret life and multiple affairs, it escalated and he left the house with her phone. She ran to the nieghbors wearing nothing but lingerie and asked them to call the cops claiming someone had broken in and assaulted her. Cops show up and take her statement, immediatley feeling as if what she was saying didnt add up, and suspected a lovers quarrel. While taking statement and gathering evidence, guy 2 shows up for booty call (now about 2 am). Cops detain guy 2 and question him. Guy 2 claims they are just freinds and he was just checking on her b/c of the break in and assault despite her having no phone or other way to contact him and let him know of supposed assault. Cops doubt story of guy 2. While finishing up with guy 2, guy 1 drives back by the house. Cops immediately follow, pull him over and detain him. They all go back to the house. Cops take guy 1's statement where he tells everything and hands over her phone showing the messages he had sent to her husband (me) spilling the beans about everything. He also details the altercation between him and guy 2. Cops question guy 2 again and state if he doesn't tell the truth they will pull the bar video footage and charge him/arrest him. Guy 2 spills the beans and cooberates guy 1's story and admits that both of them have been having an affair with her but until that night neither of them knew about the other.

I recieve text messages when i get up at 5am and take emergency leave from my training location and then race home. Wife claims its all lies and the cops are confused and she just wants us to move forward, forget it, shes sorry for misunderstandings, etc. Total patholigical liar and complete sociopath. Later guy 1 who as it turns out had been carrying on an affair with her for more than a year, hands over to cops print outs of 1000s of pages of emails, text messages and internet instant messages between the two of them proving in extreme and quite graphic detail, the nature and complete extent of their sexual relationship. I got the pleasure of reading every word of it.

Needless to say we are divorced and I couldn't be happier about it. She actually did me a favor, the year prior to me finding out about all this she was an absolute insufferable b*tch who spent all my money and was as evil and nasty as anyone Ive ever met. After I got back from deployment I found out a lot more detail about her double life; truly sick what she had been doing behind my back.

But Im married to a wonderful woman now and couldnt be happier, and we have a sweet 2 year old son who shes the absolute best mom to in the world.

    Beetches be crazy ma'ne!

to be honest, it's worse than what I posted. Way worse actually, but that story was the culminating catalyst. What I found out after I got back from overseas would make your head spin. It's a good thing I was way over her by that point bc otherwise I'm not sure if o could have dealt with it.

I have no ill feelings toward my ex wife of 11 years whatsoever. I haven't spoken a word to her since the day the ink dried on the dissolution. Still not sure why we got divorced but she came in the day after Christmas and said, " I don't want this house anymore, I don't want my business anymore, and I don't want to be married anymore".... I still remember it vividly because it was about 7.30 PM and I was sitting on the couch watching Titus and drinking a beer.... We split everything right down the middle, we had done pretty well on some real estate. I let her sell off all our shared items and send me a check for half... and we split the savings down the middle. I kept the 2 dogs and she kept the cat.....

I won't lie and say I wasn't a little angry for a month or so afterward but I was pretty busy at the time and after whoring myself around 4 or 5 nights a week found that female company wouldn't be all that difficult to come by when I needed it. Now after a couple of months of this I found a smokin little blond Peruvian chick with a set of aftermarket bozos that were obnoxiously large for her petite 5' frame and a set of tanned legs that would make most men drool....She became my new steady and although she still had her own place she would spend a lot of time at my new house cleaning, cooking and watching soap operas during the day while I was at work. One day I received a text from my ex and she said she was back in town for a couple days working and she really missed the dogs and wondered if she could see them....I thought about it for a couple of minutes then agreed and sent her my address and told her what time she could stop by......

Now the good part . I really didn't want to chance reopening any emotional wounds that sometimes happen in these high tension situations when face to face with an ex lover so I devised a plan that I thought would work best for everyone as I was happy with my life even though it had only been about 4 or 5 months since being divorced......And of course I figured rubbing my new ride(woman) in her face would give me the last word and a nice kick in the ass for her making me a single man ...So instead of me being there I had the new one there to let her in. I also had her wearing nothing but one of my button down pink and white pinstriped polo shirts and nothing else....This was a shirt that my ex had bought for me and always told me how good it looked on me.... :stirpot: Well when she showed up at the house my new woman was there to open the door and after about 5 to 10 seconds of standing there with a WTF look on her face she turned and stormed off back to her car and hauled ass.....I can't say I've ever been one to thrive on revenge because it usually backfires in your face but in this case it couldn't have worked out anymore perfectly.....Oh btw never heard anything from my ex since then...

Translation, she was unable to find a better catch than you and thought she'd come sex you back. You did the right thing and blocked that action in the exactly right way. I'm proud of you Crete.:proud:
