Butters does call the plays in the fact that it is his offense, he hears every single play call and can change it if he wants. He is the head coach. he is part of the game plan in all 3 phases. Or maybe he is not b/c we have no game planning. We have no ability to make adjustments within the game. That is why we are going no where with Butters. For 3 years zero changes within the game!!!!!
