If Nord and Nusschump were getting paid in cereal boxtops, it would be too much.

Nord gets paid $400 k for not being able to recruit or develop talent  Meanwhile...the guys who are bringing in all the top tier talent are making less than him? I'm sure this is going to help keep those dudes around for awhile :rolleyes3:

Any questions about why Torian Gray left? Paid him less than he made at Va Tech. And we pay Seider less than he made at WVU.

We are a damn joke. It's so funny. Like all the other SEC schools took all the SECN money and didn't give us any.

Shannon upped to DC goes from $490K to $890K. ($250K less than Geoff Collins) Saves $250K
OL coach Brad Davis from $150K to $290K with next year being $315K (lose by $140K, then lose $25K)
[Summers got $538K one year ago.] So we're saving $.
DB coach Corey Bell was $90K, now $290K, next year $315. (prior DB coach earned $336K)
RB coach Ju'Juan Seider $335K this year, $345K next year. A $10k raise, a 3% raise?
Chris Rumph promoted to Co-DC/DL coach payed ?

The article failed to mention Nutsmired. But if good CEO management was administered, his salary matches the 116th ranked OC's pay. Mac, make it a strict merit-based payboard.

In 2015 Virginia Tech paid Torian Gray $275,600. In 2016 VT was going to decrease his salary to $260,000. Instead he left VT and UF gave him a 2 year $650,000 contract. That's $325,000 per year or $65,000 more per year than VT was going to pay him.

In 2016 West Virginia paid Seider $275,000.

This season the Gators are paying Seider $335,000. He will be paid $345,000 in 2018. That's $60,000 more than WV was going to pay him.

He isnt getting paid much. However, he isnt getting 100-116th either. The number was around $500 ish. I think he either still is or was last year under contract at Meatchicken, so whatever we paid was just offsetting whatever Meatchicken (over)paid him.

Nord was at a directional Kentucky school, and yet he is making bank. Our directional school hires who who are at least functional in one aspect (recruiting), make half as much. We replace our DC most known for giving up school record worst yards in game at both his previous schools (Cowbell and Gators) made much more than Shannon.

At some point the obvious has to be raised.

In 2016 West Virginia paid Seider $275,000.
Running backs’ coach Ja'Juan Seider will earn $335,000 in year one and bumped to $345,000 in year two of his two-year contract. According to the USA TODAY report from last year, Seider would be taking a $5,000 cut from what he made at West Virginia in year one, but then make more in year two.

http://scout.com/college/florida/Article/Gators-Assistant-Coaches-salaries-released-105576431

Call scout and tell them you and your other UAA interns fvkked something up. The contracts often have many provisions and sometimes more money is paid from outside sources. Or they could be referring to the salary that WVU offered in year one of their contract they offered when he took ours, I don't know.

My money is on scout over your UAA intern buddies.

In 2015 Virginia Tech paid Torian Gray $275,600.
The only competent recruiter we had left after one year because we wouldn't pay him P5 pay.
He was worth more so he left. I don't blame him.

Seider will do the same if we don't reward him and especially if we keep paying useless pieces of shyt like Nord and Nusschump more.

That Scout report cites the USA Today database as it's source. The USA Today database claims that Seider made a base salary of $340,000 with bonuses of $2,000 for a total of $342,000. WVSports filed a freedom of information act and got the actual contract. USA Today is wrong. Seider made a base salary of $275,000.

Torian Gray also received a sizable raise by coming to Florida. I provided those links in my previous post.

Gray left for the NFL, just like most other college coaches that get an NFL offer. We paid Gray $325,000. The same season there were 3 Alabama assistant coaches that made between $275,000 and $350,000, two Auburn assistants made $325,000 and LSU and UGA each had 3 assistants that made less than Gray.

Yes, I get that some newer coaches make that, but the other 7 at Lsu, Uga, Barn and Bammer made more.

He should have never been one of the lowest paid and he sure as hell shouldnt make have of what Sleepy/Nord makes.

Mac could display great CEO-growth by calling a film-room meeting for all coaches, players & press present, also a district judge. Then, loud & clear Mac should announce with pride that he's garnishing Nutsmired's wages by $100K to go to coach Davis (for fiery spirit-transfer & recruiting results even his1st year). Nutsmired's paystubb should show on it that deduction, along with others for new hires who are 'on-course' at making GatorNation great again. {Oh heavens, Nuts may quit?}

Nuschamp got a nice raise.
And a 300k retention bonus.

Would anyone else get a raise and a bonus for being the worst IN THE COUNTRY at their job? Anyone?
