Fun with cops

I'm all for Blue Lives Matter and being respectful to the cops, they have a tough job to do even when everything goes right. At the same time I don't like seeing the average citizen being taken advantage of by the police. With all that being said, I think this guy gets his kicks baiting unsuspecting cops for laughs. Anyway. it is kind of humorous.
