Phan, you got this?

Phan brings a huge RV. That is parked next to his dad's huge RV. And both of them have a huge awning. It could he a hurricane... And you'd be dry at Phan's setup.

That's because Phan refuses to employ fsu grads, which make a living setting up tents.

That's all interesting but what really fascinates me is the weather in Mexico.

All thunderstorms and lightning will not exist within a 10 mile parameter of the Swamp, while the rest of the entire state gets pummeled. Muschamp is gone.

Or a perimeter. Either way.

So, if their is lighting in Chiefland or Palatka, we're screwed. They've got to revise the lightning rule somehow, a bolt in Waldo doesn't mean squat unless the Amtrak bus is dropping off a load of people.

Some sites have it clearing up about 7:00 to 7:30. Hopefully the worst case scenario is just a slight delay to kickoff.

They're playing in Tally right now through drizzle. And USF is giving Jimbo fits in the 2nd with 8 left, 7-7. It's still cloudy there on TV, and maybe drizzling, but they're still playing. Hopefully, that's what it'll be in Gainesville tonight.

BTW, what is it with ECU and UF and weather? I WAS there for HC against them in 1983 (Bob Hope played Growl the night before with no rain) and while it didn't thunder, it rained most of the game that day. And last year in the bowl game (wasn't there) it rained. And today . . . I know only three games is a small sample size, still . . .

This is a front so not normal afternoon showers. Good news is it sounds like it will move through.

"Showers and thunderstorms will become less widespread around 5:30pm."

It's dry I'm 3 miles NW of stadium as the crow flies. My weather app sucks and stops showing the radar after 4:30 on the map but doesn't look like any yellow or red pocket heading our way.

Looks like the heavy stuff is moving east and south. Should be light rain at the most
