Gator players attending SEC Media Days

Besides the obvious inclusion of Hargreaves III, why Powell and Bullard? Why isn't Grier attending? Should I infer that Grier does not have the starting position because he wasn't invited to SEC Media Days?

No way Grier would be going, a RSF that's battling for the starting job........which I think he will win.

Grier hasn't started, Harris would be open for questions relating to last year's incident. They are battling, as mentioned, so you can't take either. Bullard is a pretty easy choice IMO. Gotta have someone from the O and you might as well take the teacher's pet, although Robinson would have been a solid choice. I don't know that I have ever heard Robinson nor Powell talk, but that could be a factor. I recall how bad Gilislee put together sentences when he went and it was not a great image

If I remember correctly, Pittman was pretty much the starter in the slot last year.

Not sure why Powell is going but why in the hell would you think that Grier would go or Harris or any QB? We don't have a starter and even if Grier was already named the starter you don't take a frosh QB to SEC media days.

I thought that he would've taken Taylor or Robinson over Powell. Even taking McGee makes sense, but it's not that big a deal. Not taking a QB makes sense. They are still battling it out for the starting role.
