You can visit his cell at Ft. Pickens in the Gulf islands National Seashore on Pensacola Beach.
Here's a picture I found online of Geronimo and two of his fellow inmates at Ft Pickens. Dubs is nowhere to be found. Geronimo was Chiricahua Apache and married into the Mescalero tribe. Cochise was his nephew and was also a principle Chiricahua tribal chieftain Comanche prisoners at Ft Marion in St Augustine 1875 - looks like they're having a good ol Fla barbecue-prolly armadillo or possum on a stick That lady to the left of center in the sundress looks vaguely familiar
My wife drags me to church nearly every Sunday. The church she prefers has the larger than life-sized, realistic sculpture of Jesus as he ascends into heaven. Problem is, it isn't apparent if he's headed up to heaven or (to a heathen like me), coming down to Earth. To me, he looks like he's just jumped out of an airplane. I have nicknamed him Geronimo Jesus. I shared that bit of cleverness with her recently. I'm not sure she's amused.
Which way is his hair blowing?
Kinda straight back. I'll take a creeper photo this weekend and share it. Unless the wifey catches me and sends me to straight to Hell, with hair and lips flapping madly. Yep. That's me. Taking a creeper photo of Jesus.
Which one of them is elizabeth warren?
What did Geronimo yell when he jumped out of the plane? Meeeeeeee!
