Man, I know it's just a word, but that's a state of mind I'd like to live in more often.

I live by this mindset. My 2 best friends always tease me and say they know what I am going to say to their problems... "it could always be worse" is always my answer. Although that dude made it sound so much more bad ass.

My second one is: never base your life on past achievements. I did that once, it causes complacency and laziness.
