So we have 21 verbals now. How many can we sign in the next class?

I think Zach said he expects us to sign 25. I wouldn't be surprised if we have a few transfers and sign more though.

We took 21 last year, so we can have 4 ees count toward last year. 29 seems to be the number unless players declare prior to signing day. We won't anticipate on attrition or anyone else and over sign, not our style.

I have mixed feelings about that. But 29 is a pretty good number. I'm guessing we can afford to be picky about the next 8. Which maybe forces another decommit or two. This class could turn out pretty darn good then?

Who was that bitch who was ****ing with our heads an ended up going with Douchecramps on signing day? How's that working for him?
Probably whining like a little girl. CeCe should send him a highlight reel and especially of his fumble recovery.

I'm happy CeCe ignored his dad's meddling. Auburn is 7th in the West. And he gets to play right away. I wonder what those recruits that Chump stole from us think now?

He'll get it fixed.

Some of the 21 were themselves EEs who counted toward 2014 so the numbers are higher than 29.

Yeah, I was thinking around 32 or so this year.

Why would this guy send Tisdale packing? They play different positions.

Both seem to be carrying the ambiguous "ATH" designation into the college ranks. Guess Tisdale decided this guy was to good an "ATH" to compete with.

That number doesn't take into account the 85 cap. I don't know where we are on that. I think around 72 or so. However there are so many walkons getting 1 year schollies from multiple years now. I'm not clear on whether the earlier years were extended because we had so many seats available or not.

I'd say Tisdale's de-commit has more to do with something JMac knows that nobody else does yet...
:suspect2:

Traditionally, not our style. Wtth JMac, off the Saban tree, do we know? My impression is JMac will not play the scholarship games that Alabama plays, but that's just my opinion.

I think it was covered in another thread, but I believe Tisdale was an offense oriented ATH whereas the new guy is projected to be a DB. Tisdale would be looking at a RB spot that is at least 4 deep already, and we are likely hauling in a lot of top notch WRs, so he would be buried on the depth chart on the offense. Mutual decision sounds about right for him to look elsewhere.
