Tennessee has to recruit nationally. Houston just needs to recruit Texas. It would be silly for him to go to Tennessee.
Tennessee for whatever reason has never seemed to have problem getting talent. I honestly think these coaches think a little different from you or I. Texas seems to make more sense for him but the lure of the SEC is great. Not everybody runs from a challenge like Urbs.
