Geez tough crowd, nope I didn't see it before now, sorry. Everybody always complains about him being a Saban disciple but I have never seen anything the man does that resemble's Saban's approach so it made sense to me.

My point is he learned how to be a great loser from another loser.

The Jaguars last year had a coach who was all happy talk and about getting better and finding out about life potential. They went 3-13. The Jaguars this year have a tough as nails coach who is all about accountability, identifying areas for improvement every week win or lose, and attention to detail. They are 3-2 and just beat the crap out of Pittsburgh.

Bonus points, he doesn't even indulge in coach speak. Ask a question. You get an answer. I've seen him smile twice.
