Well, Incognito is at it again. Coincidentally, I saw a picture of him about a week ago and he looked really bad. Kind of looked like he had Downs Syndrome or some similar disease. This guy is heading down the crapper faster than I originally thought. I give him 3 years at most before he’s dead, in prison or committed to a mental ward for a several year stint.
