So physical performance has no relevance on whether he was concussed but you are using physical performance to say he was concussed? That makes sense.

I have heard plenty of people misspeak without ever taking a blow to the head. It happens, it doesn't prove that he was concussed.

I'm pretty sure Obama has had a concussion for the last seven years.
