Leftover homemade pizza. Trader Joe's garlic crust, mozzarella from TJ's, basic marinara with veggie pepperoni (wife is a vegetarian but the veggie, tofu pepperoni is great), green peppers, jalapenos and sliced tomatoes.

- Beef Tenderloin cooked to a perfect medium rare
- roasted brussel sprouts w/EVOO, S&P, and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on then toasted
- roasted potatoes cubed & doused w/EVOO and a heavy sprinkling of Ranch powder

It was again superb!!
