Cops have been brutalizing and victimizing dark skinned minorities, like this shark was, for decades. I absolutely believe NYPD was responsible for this heinous act and I'm thankful that we now have social media to expose atrocities like this!

What bothers me about this photo is that the creature he's humping has a dolphin (mammal) horizontal tail, yet has gill slits (fish) = no such creature exists?? No shark has a horizontal tail.
