The price has been dropped to almost half of where he started.

It may sit another six. The outside of that home has all the charm of a high school.

He should just convert it into a resort. Shouldn't be hard to do since it's more like a resort than a house anyways.

It's a lot uglier than most resorts. Looks like an office building.

Address: 2700 Point Lane (probably better than To The Hole Drive), Highland Park, IL, a ritzy community nestled on the lake a little north of Chicago.

It's currently priced at $14.8M. Property taxes went from a high of 183k in 2013 to 117k current. 56k SF, nine bedrooms, 15 full baths, four half baths (no issue finding a place to go in this joint), stucco and concrete. Built in 1995.

Looking at these pics -- the TV room, the gym, the freaking regulation basketball court -- it becomes evident that this place is really an oversize bachelor pad.

Yeah, a huge part of that 56,000 square feet is the basketball court.

All kidding aside. Its a really cool compound, if you love sports. I would add a couple par threes to the back. Would make a great corporate retreat.

He ought to go back and live in it. MJ is the GOAT as far as a player, but he is rapidly trying to catch Ted Stepien as the worst owner in NBA history.

Michael was always trying to meddle with Bulls personnel decisions, specifically involving trading for former UNC players, one of the many reasons why he was at odds with GM Jerry Krause.

One of the more unmemorable Jordan trade wishes, one he pushed real hard for, was Walter Davis. When Krause wisely ignored his advice, Jordan complained it was "the same old stuff."

A writer asked Jordan what other acquisitions he would make. Jordan whimsically replied Dudley Bradley, Kenny Smith and Brad Daugherty, all former Tar Heels.

Jordan was a far better player than talent judge.
