I doubt this gets national attention, but I heard it on local radio here in PA this morning:
High School Running Back Has 722 Yards, 10 TDs In Absurd 107-90 Win

High School Running Back Has 722 Yards, 10 TDs In Absurd 107-90 Win
Brown rushed for a surreal 722 yards and 10 touchdowns on “only†30 carries. His ridiculous effort broke the state record for rushing yards in a game by more than 200. It was the second-most yards by a running back in national history, behind only Netcong (N.J.) High’s John Giannantonio, who ran for 754 yards in 1950.

Brown’s stats weren’t the only eye-popping numbers on display Friday night. Meadville won the game by an unfathomable score of 107-90, and pretty much broke DuBois’ scoreboard in the process.
...
Also overshadowed on the night was the play of DuBois quarterback Matt Miller, who completed 31 of 54 passes for 788 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Meadville junior Journey Brown ran for 722 yards and 10 touchdowns on 30 carries. His 722 yards is a single-game state record by more than 200 yards. Brown's rushing total is second all-time in 11-man football in United States history according the National Federation of High Schools record book. He was 32 yards shy of the national record set by John Giannantonio of Netcong, N.J. in 1950.
Brown's 10 rushing touchdowns is a state record and ranks fourth in the national record book. The national record for rushing touchdowns in one game is 13 by John Cook of Beatrice, Neb. in 1912. Brown had touchdown runs of 78, 49, 1, 66, 25, 65, 18, 46, 94 and 66 yards. Brown also scored four 2-point conversions, giving him 68 points, a District 10 record.
Meadville ran the ball 67 times for 1,004 yards and was 0-for-2 passing. The Bulldogs became the first high school football team to ever rush for 1,000 yards in one game, according to NFHS, and they have the national record for most offense in one game.
DuBois quarterback Matt Miller set a national record by throwing for 787 yards and 10 touchdowns. Miller is only a sophomore and set the national record in his first varsity start. He was injured during a preseason scrimmage and missed the first game of the year before his historic debut. The previous national record was 764 yards by David Koral of Pacific Palisades, Calif. in 2000. His 10 touchdown passes are a state record and second nationally behind 15 touchdown passes by Arthur Smith (Cozad, Neb.) in 1921.
DuBois wide receiver Colin Read, a junior, hauled in nine catches for 355 yards and three touchdowns. The 355 receiving yards is a Pennsylvania record, and only the second 300-yard receiving game in state history. He passed TC Musser's (Columbia-Montour Vo-Tech) total of 320 in 2004.
DuBois finished with 904 yards of offense, which ranks sixth for total offense in one game in the NFHS record book.
