Wonder how much of this is a function of Mullens being underrated or the Raiders just being awful. Either way, kudos to him for being ready for the moment and taking advantage of the opportunity.

Gruden acts like he’s going to be able to build a title team with draft picks. When has he shown he’s ever had any ability doing that?

No one in history has created such a reputation from one good season with a team that had been built for him. It’s impressive.
I was actually hoping the vols would finally get their wish, because between his being terribly overrated and the billions they’d have paid him, it would lock in another two decades of futility for them.
