I bet that the Trump crap affected the jury. Terrible. I hope someone shanks him in prison.
I'm sure the SF 49ers will be taking a knee Sunday for the social injustice cause in this ruling.
When you kill someone while you are in the process of committing a felony, even in Kalifornia, that is a second degree murder.
They said he was not guilty. Or does that verdict only apply to whites?
Why do you have to frame this in terms of us against them?
I guess so. So all of CA must be blamed, not the DA that made the decision to overcharge.
Its like Kate was killed all over again this is so sickening. San Fransicko.
Sounds like the DOJ just put out a warrant on him but it doesn't say what for. Maybe coming back into the country for the umpteenth time?
No, that applies to OJ also.
yeah, they say that alot in Ca when minorities are carrying out social justice on whitey.
Overcharged? What did he over charge, manslaugther?
You do know he confessed to firing the shot that killed her. Only in Kalifornia could someone who confessed to shooting and killing someone be found not guilty. And it is called jury nullification.
I hope the worst for this bastard that killed her I hope it gets 3 years in the jail and he has a rough time.
I think someone is saying the feds can give him like 10 years for illegally entering so many different times so if that is true at least he will do some time. He has no time left in California hardly due to the time he has already been locked up.
I heard that he can get 16 months to 3 years maximum for the illegal firearms I hope he gets that plus the 10 years you're talking about but I sincerely doubt it. too bad we don't know the names of the jurors I heard that they were three immigrants on the jury.
legal or illegal?
The Federal sentence for felon in possession of a firearm is up to 10 years, much more than Kalifornia. Kalifornia, like other jurisdictions run by liberal gun-banners goes easy on criminals having guns and is only tough of law-abiding citizens trying to exercise their second amendment rights.
I wondering why this runaway jury even bothered convicting him on the gun possession crime. Maybe they believed if they let him walk on that count the state would have to return the stolen firearm to him when he left the courtroom.
Legal. I hope.
if it's up to 10 years then leaders like Jeff sessions need to make that happen.
