Two Lebron moments in the Finals: during a timeout late in Game 4 with his team down by double digits he decides to fire up his comrades with a "we can still win this" moment. Shouting, gesturing, waving his arms, really high energy stuff. Compare that with his behavior at the end of regulation in Game 1. Sitting in complete silence while waiting for overtime, occasionally wiping his face with a towel.

Game 1 was still winnable, despite Hill's missed free throw and JR's big mistake. That would seem to be the time to pull out the "win one for the Gipper" speech. The Game 4 timeout struck me as performance art, aimed only at improving the narrative. It reinforces the idea that he did everything possible to will a ragtag bunch of losers to an improbable victory.

The guy is a once in a generation physical talent but he lacks the intangibles that we've seen in many legendary champions. And he appears to be far too aware of things outside the playing floor.
