I once saw a middle school punter, punt straight up in the air from his own endzone. So the punt is coming down right to him in the endzone and he was not sure what to do. I think he failed to catch it and the other team fielded it for a TD. I was disappointed that there was no opponent to signal for a fair catch and fair catch it for a TD. I have never seen that.
