From what I understand, the crystal football will still be awarded to the national champs, as it's the "Coaches Trophy," and this golden vagina is the "playoff" trophy.

You are correct Sasquatch I mentioned that earlier in this thread. The coaches trophy (crystal ball) will be awarded to the top ranked team in the coaches poll after all games are played. I know with the BCS, the coaches trophy was automatically given to the BCS champion but i am not sure if this is still the case with the playoffs.
