I trolled a couple of their forums; the main vib seems to be that Birmingham sucks. Most of the posts I read were respectful of the Gators.

I think that's the biggest reason a lot of people don't want to go. Sure, it's a crap bowl, but if it was the Miami Beach Bowl, you don't think a lot more people would take that trip?
