Maybe Davis will get more breakaway runs, protecting the ball, I'm sure.
Maybe Toney will get loose for TDs after catches. Then FF to Tyree TD.
Maybe coaches will preen TEs to become recievers?
Maybe we'll get off more than an inexcuseable 50 plays?
And if Mac lets true freshman DB Henderson out of the doghouse, he can get his 3rd straight pick-6?

Why is Henderson in the doghouse?

It remains to be seen what this staff will do but if Toney gets 10 touches I could see him having a monster game. He broke ankles against UT's athletes, he could run circles around Kentucky's.

A look at Kentucky 2017.
https://www.sbnation.com/college-fo...entucky-football-2017-preview-schedule-roster

We had our best game of the year against them in 2016.
45-7
564 yards of offense (not a typo) to 149 yards
320 yards passing
28 first downs to 9
4 turnovers to 1
TOP 37 mins to 23
Perrine had 105 yards, Callaway had 129

How do we stack up differently this year?

They seem to have got their act together some on defense and aren't giving up 500 yards to a lot of teams now.

Sorta joking, but in the post-game presser somebody asked Mac a lob-question to lead him to praising Henderson for his 2nd straight pick-6 and Mac went into all the things Henderson needs to learn that he's not doing right.

I'd say they haven't exactly played anyone yet. That's not to say that we are someone though

They have, however, completely shut down the run in all 3 games thus far.
I think we can do better than those other teams, but we are going to HAVE to pass quite a bit to win this game.

After what could quite possibly be the worst performance by a Gator safety in the history of the program, Chauncey better step it up this week.

On Saturday, it will be 11,270 days since Kentucky last beat Florida. A little under 31 years. According to the 2010 census, Kentucky has a population of 4.33 million people, and 1.2 million of those people were under the age of 18. Estimates would have another 200-300 thousand between 18 and 24 in 2010, meaning there are somewhere around 1.5-1.6 million residents of the state of Kentucky who haven’t been alive since the University of Kentucky beat the University of Florida. And all of those losses have come in various shapes and sizes and margin of victory:

1-6 points: 5 times (1988, 1993, 2003, 2014, 2015)
7-13 points: 5 times (1987, 1989, 1991, 2002, 2007)
14-20 points: 5 times (1992, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2013)
21-30 points: 4 times (1997, 1999, 2000, 2005)
31+ points: 11 times (1990, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2001, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016)

5 times inside a touchdown and 10 times total inside 2 scores. But we’ve seen the other side too. 11 times beaten by more than 30 points, including a 3-year streak in the 90’s and a 5-year streak in the late 2000’s (thanks Joker).

What needs to be worked on, is teaching the other 10 guys how to block. Toney doesn't need to be taught how to run.

Just listened to national radio broadcast and they were picking Kentucky to break the streak. Ugh
