Oh well...
Maybe this is a good lesson right before the NCAA Tourney...

This is the same thing that happened last year, only 3 girls on this team hit the ball consistently, you can't keep expecting the pitcher's to throw a shutout every game. All it takes is for the team you're playing to get a couple of bloop hits and a defensive error and you lose.

I like the fact that they spend so much time working on defense but the hitting is just been awful for the most part and that needs work in the off season, too late to address it now.

Strange stat from the NCAA Softball Tourney Gainesville Regional - in every game, the losing team failed to score a run. All of the 7 wins were shutouts.

And the Lady Gator Tennis team is in the finals tonight vs Stanford (UGA tennis complex).
Didn't even start until 8:05pm ... looks like they had some bad weather.
