You seem to acknowledge that in your post (quoted in bold below). But the topic under discussion was facilities, not coaching hires.

You get no argument from me on this. Caveat: I'd revise my thinking about what I enjoy if it involves the defenses that were on display. That is, it is entirely possible that the fun you were having was not attributable to anything special about the offenses.
