Using this site at home, in my Wifi works fine. When I left the house and was on 4G and LTE, I couldn't get in the site. I got the message to restart my device and it could take 48 hours. Is this a known issue on 4G and LTE?

All i had to do was restart.

Ox also said to google "How to flush DNS", there should be a bunch of stuff on that. That should clear out whatever the problem is.

My ATT LTE didn't propagate til 11 am today.....

Interesting. I did restart my phone, a couple of times. Maybe, like Good said, it will take a day or so.

Propagation failed for me on LTE as well. But only briefly.
