Settings options that pop up and won't go away

Sometimes, especially when creating a post, perhaps my mouse goes over some settings option, such as chatterbox colors, etc. The options to modify pop up, and I can't figure out how to minimize them, and they block what you are typing in the post.

I blame this on Ox.

Normally when a dropdown opens somewhere you can click at the base of it and it will disappear.

Seems like it happens when i am creating a new post. I'll inadvertently go over some pop up setting menu, and I can't make it go away until you actually save / post the post.
