What I DO want to know is what everyone had for breakfast this morning.

I don't eat in the mornings anymore. I use a version of intermittent fasting, and my daily eating window is from noon to 8 PM, with the occasional 24 hour fast sprinkled in.

And, FWIW, CWM will be our Lombardi, Rockne, Landry and Belichick all rolled up into one. He will make us forget the HBC and that evil interloper CUM. If only he didn't have that rotten Leghumper stench all over him.....

Won't deny it. Went to the Doc just before my 50th B-Day and I got me some of that heart disease that's going around. Nothing major, just have to tweak the diet and eat some aspirin and lipitor every day. Party on!
