Chicken thighs, andouille and nettles links on the pellet smoker, Will smoke and dice

simmered some veggies. Trying a keto version without a roux so we will see if the okra will thicken it enough. I will add blackened shrimp as it is served.

Pretty damn good! Didn’t really miss the rice, the cauliflower rice was not too bad with it. Mother in law wouldn’t eat it as it was too spicy. Oops...:).. will get a leftover pic. The gobbler might have pecked me in the head a bit during this cook,
