:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2: Seriously?

"and Florida's staff, as calculated by the NCAA, is actually bigger than Alabama's and the same as Florida State's"

"a few other schools also include "not clear" designations on various positions"

Watch a few of Trailerbammer's games, they have more assistants on the sidelines THAN PLAYERS. And there is a dozen or more in the press box.

In the words of Lame Kiffy, the coaches can't even remember the names of all the legions of support staffers watching film in the bowels of the football complex.

What keeps these lackeys from watching porn all day during the off season? And the way the offense has functioned, during the season too.

Is someone trying to convey that a professional porn star has a support staff?

Just having a lot of people is not effective, you need the right people doing the right things. Time will tell if we have this or not.

We'll see how this all works out. It's nice to have the support staff but this has to have a direct effect on the result on the field. It's just a shame to see where we were and what we've had to come from to get to this point. I appreciate Mac and what he's trying to build but dayum son, get it done on the field. And most of all.....can any of the support staff coach better than Nussy and Nord? Just sayin'.

Why is having 20 people breaking down film a good thing?

Who has time to read and think about all 20 opinions?

This is just more "follow the leader" stuff!

Just chasing our tail.

All we have to do is Block, Run, Throw, Catch and Tackle.... it's really not that complicated.

It doesnt work like that.

There may be one guy assigned to watch every scrap of film on a team for next years game. They watch all of last years film, and every week as the year as it progresses. They go back and watch every bit of film they can find going back for years. They break down every play, tendencies, players. For a big game, maybe its two assigned. That is why Bammer knows our plays before we run them, often just by seeing the numbers on the jerseys and formation along with down and distance.

Some guys do nothing but watch film of recruits or scout games or camps of important recruits.

Some guys watch film of our own practices, including player led outings, sending reports on who needs to work on what. Sometimes they even meet directly with they players more than the positiin coaches bc their time isnt limited by ncaa rules.

Its a preparation thing. I agree that it really doesnt matter much with Nord and Nusschaump still on staff.

Good breakdown. Can't believe someone would seriously have to ask that question.
