He has improved for sure. For someone who hadn't played in ~10 years he has done a decent job at the level he is at. He needs to keep improving though or he won't advance from where he is

They would rather celebrate people who commit crimes/use drugs than celebrate someone like Tim who tries to live life right and do good for others.
