^^ If you only tweak one thing, make it this.

Overall great job. I didn't really hear you use any filler words like "um...", which to me is really impressive when you talk for 15 minutes straight.

As Vulcan said I thought it seemed a tad long... But I don't think you should shorten it. Maybe have more distinct transitions between sections. And maybe have more shorter sections. The way I saw it was monologue, q&a, interview. I'd really enjoy seeing something like "top 5 most embarrassing moments for rivals", although depending on how frequently you do these you might have to lower the number to top 3 or just number 1.

Good premier, Ox ... once I got over thinking some jokester swapped in a video of young Reverend Huckabee on us.

It was longer than I usually like to make them, because it was the first episode and there was more to go over. I like to keep them around 20 minutes. Longer than that and you lose people.

Appreciate the feedback from everyone.

Good points there were a couple of um's but not that many. I did not go through the entire program. It was very good for a person who I assume is not a professional.

Awesome podcast. Loved the point you made about the fun needing to be brought back. As stated, even in 2012 where we won 11 games every game was a near disaster it seemed. We just had a little bit of luck. Keep up the good work Ox!

Great job Ox and thanks for the shoutout! :headbang:

I think you will find that it gets ALOT easier the more of these you do and with all the content you will have once the season starts rolling. Looking forward to more!

Well, this has confirmed what I've long suspected: you have a face tailor-made for radio.

This was very enjoyable and very well done, especially for a first go-round. The set quality was much better than I expected and I'm sure will only improve as you learn more about the software. I look forward to watching these as the season unfolds.

As for improvements, I agree with the posters above. Smile a bit more - enjoy yourself (or at least look more like you're enjoying yourself :lol2:) and try to muffle the breathing directly into the mic. But really, this was an excellent first go.

Oh, and as I'm sure you're always looking for new and more profitable ways to monetize the site, consider selling some ad space on your forehead. I'm sure Nike would pay a nice sum to have their swoosh front and center.

I liked the introduction bumper music. You have put a lot of work into the message board and the podcasts. Where else can you learn as much about Gator football and have more fun than right here.

Audio quality was fantastic. You did great for your first video. You'll get more comfortable as it goes on. I crapped myself in my first one. I look forward to future videos as you learn the software and become more comfortable.

I did my own content for about a year and a half in the area of apologetics. I looked and sounded like a robot initially.

Apologetics? Is that training in how to properly apologize?

At any rate, go ahead and post one of your videos up for our review.

Apologetics (from Greek ἀπολογία, "speaking in defense") is the discipline of defending a position (often religious) through the systematic use of information. Early Christian writers (c. 120–220) who defended their faith against critics and recommended their faith to outsiders were called apologists.[SUP][1][/SUP]
In political usage, apologetics is used in a negative fashion to describe the defence of controversial actions or policies, like terrorism or politically repressive governments.[SUP][2][/SUP][SUP][3][/SUP]

He's got it. I don't speak about my faith here because I don't think it the appropriate place. It's for gator sports. It wasn't anything fancy. I was beginning to pick up an audience when YouTube changed their algorithm. That killed me. They've done that again from what I understand. Click bait and troll channels are getting hammered by the change. Your video just reminded me of mine although you were much better.
