Dang that was delightfully good. I love Stapleton's voice, and I've always thought Timberlake was a musical genius since leaving his boyband years.

I guess I'm just not country enough to appreciate that.
I thought it was a good song, and I appreciate JT the more I see of him (his SNL appearances are usually really good - when he gets in on the skits), but country music to me is Willy, George Jones and Hank Sr., and that's about it.

...and Haggard, Strait, Buck, Yoakam and Miss Tammy Wynette... IMO.

Y'all probably know that Stapleton was with The Steeldrivers before going solo.

This was one of their best (if you like your music on the twangier side):

That was pretty cool.

Question is, did the Foo Fighters go? They strike me as the type of band that would respond to something like this and go.

Edit: I guess I should finish reading the thread first :facepalm:
