The cookies turned out really really good. if I make them again, they would be thinner. Once filled and stacked, they are really too thick to eat. I had to have a big glass of cold milk to wash it all down.
And Goon, the gal I live with never raises her voice with me. The Mistake (ex) was part banshee and part howling wolf. My buddy said she was the Worlds's Meanest Woman.
