From what I saw in that video the 4 X 400.

After that third leg, I thought, hell, Subway Jared has more of a chance of making a TV comeback on 'Romper Room' than the Gators have a chance in this race. Glad Holloway proved me wrong.

I don't know much about the specifics of track, but someone I know who ran track said the way he caught them on the last turn while running in lane 2 was "impossible." Pretty impressive indeed.

I ran track in H.S = the 880 (800 m). In 1963 best time 2:03, that wasn't bad. What I'm angling at
is that I know about chasing after a speedier leader. Near the end you "hit the wall". It's a physiological shutdown of all muscle-works & meaningless willpower. Our anchorman refused that and power-glided right through it. Superman ! UF does need to supply him with 3 better teammates.
