It is an absolute mess and it is hilarious. What coach will touch them now knowing that a call from a legislator and social media on Rocky Flop can influence his job to that degree. I get it and we vent on SM, but damn, this could really set back UToothless for a long time.

Man, when they finally get somebody willing to wade into that mess, methinks they are gonna wish they hadn't run off Schiano.

Add to the fact they are already cash strapped AND they are probably going to have to pay Schiano.

They can't afford anyone worth a salt. Maybe they try to relive the Dooley era.

Football Scoop is saying they're likely going to fire their AD, make Fulmer the AD, and he will probably hire Cutcliffe.

If Currie stays on as AD they'll target Tee Martin, Jeff Brohm, and Mike Leach.

Now that Lane Kiffen is single, if he got the UT job and stayed away from the Coeds long enough to recruit, he would improve their record....He was a frequent visitor to the Bar scene in Knoxville and Tuscaloosa....

Wouldn’t he be at the bars trolling for coeds more frequently now that he is single???

Tennessee thinking of bringing in hospice care.

On Monday, Football Scoop’s Scott Roussel dropped a report that mentions “a faction at Tennessee” believes high-powered officials at the school might step in and make former Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer the Vols’ new athletic director. The piece from Roussel goes on to spell out that such a move would increase the possibility of Duke coach David Cutcliffe, a former Tennessee offensive coordinator, becoming the Volunteers’ next coach. https://www.seccountry.com/tennesse...p-fulmer-become-ad-hire-david-cutcliffe-coach

That is probably the best outcome possible. Both are loyal Voles, but cutcliffe might not come.

I expect Schiano to sue the pants off of UT and win millions. He has a case that his future career prospects have been ruined over this.

No way the MOU didn't have an out clause. Then again, lawyers are not the sharpest tools.

Out clause for what? Cause? Schiano did nothing wrong. There is zero evidence he did anything wrong at Penn State.

McQueary dragged him in by mentioning he saw something in his deposition. It may or may not be true but when it comes to child rape the bar is really low for a lot of people.
