Still not worth it. US carriers are hiring like crazy and have much better schedules. China is the land of misfit toys....lots of weirdos and guys who couldn't get hired here for one reason or another.

You need an airline transport pilot rating, which is 1500 hours minimum plus other considerations such as pilot in command time and multi engine time.

How much do pilots make in the US? $300k doesn't seem that much for the training and experience they have to have.

300k is about right for a captain at one of the big four carriers.
