How the hell do you keep up with shiit you don't use regularly?

Good question - usually the stuff I don't work with regularly is documented in white papers / PDFs so I can always read up and refresh my memory.
And because the industry moves so quickly - typically the only time I have to remember the older stuff is over some beers:
"Why I remember those big 640kb mainframe hard drives that two grown men and a boy had to carry and we fixed it with a hammer"

"Two 5 1/4 floppies?!? I'll never use all that space!"

"My CGA graphics adapter is so much better than my monochrome"

"Wow - this portable only weighs 23 lbs"

I too would give up this gig in a second if I could make a living playing music.
The IT stuff gets old after a few decades.
Unfortunately "Don't give up your day job" is my midlife motto.

You probably don't remember who your sales reps were at TD do you?

Ya know, I suspect too many people regret not chasing their dreams or ideal jobs late in life as they take inventory of their lives. It can be an odd juxtaposition: I am beyond grateful for what I have and all I've been blessed with. It feels icky on some levels b!tching when I have so much. When I get really blacked out, I think about the summertime construction jobs I had in high school and college, or the soul sucking experience I had selling cars. It can always be worse. Flipside is, I should probably be more excited about how I earn a paycheck. Life is short, after all.

No, brother, I don't recall my TD sales reps. That was almost 25 years ago now. I do remember hating it on those rare occasions when I had to drive from north Pinellas to TD to pick something up. That was before the overpasses were built on US 19, before the Bayside Bridge, etc. I could lose the better part of half a day to do that. To deal with the stress, I'd sometimes have to stop in at Diamond Dolls on the way back..:naughty: (Just kidding - never during working hours....)

I make movies. Well, videos actually. You may know me by my stage name, Lex Longwood.

I've appeared in hits such as On Golden Blonde, Shaving Ryan's Privates, and Schindler's Fist.

I have a modest chain of Ace Hardware stores that we run part-time hoars out of; we call them our Black & Decker pecker-wreckers.

You only get 24 hours to save the world, right?

And don't forget about carrying all the stuff you need to save the world in one awesome man bag.

You, and apparently Monty as well...(assuming of course that you're not Monty):

Monty Grow was a big-hitting linebacker for Florida in the late 1980s and early 90s — a span that included a one-year ban for steroid use — and on Sunday, the now-41-year-old allegedly left his 3-year-old daughter in the car while he paid a visit to Diamond Dolls strip club in Clearwater, Fla.
