Honestly... what choice does anyone have? I try not to get too worked up over things that are outside of my control. So I treat it like my annual prostate exam. I try to relax, I try to breath calmly, I cant wait until it is over, and I feel ashamed when it is over.

If everyone took this method, there would be almost no need for a sports message board.

I am with you. I don't rage over any game because I have no control over any of it.
