In any case you are correct that such a conundrum could potentially exist with a female UFC fighter who get's drunk and ornery in a bar. The only thing a man can do with a rowdy, out-of-control girl at that point is to try to diffuse the situation. If a girl tries to hit you, no matter who she is, you can try to block the punch or wrap her up, but that's all. You have no right to hit her even if she's attacking you. If you do you are not a man.
